This breakdown assumes that all talent is ethnically specific to the market the video is being made for.
If all talent is from the one demographic, the production could find efficiencies in locations and travel.

Woman skateboards along the street, stops to look at her phone and smiles. This scene would need to be taken in a location that looks like the market. We need to find a suitable place for all 3 markets that’s unique and fits the tone. Otherwise we would need to travel to market to get this scene.

Man travels to work in a cab, walks into the office past the street and up the elevator. Sits in office and looks at phone. This scene could be shot anywhere as long as the tone fits the market.
