PRESS RELEASE - 11 April 2014 Invisible Artists have made their most recent senior hire with the addition of former Head of Broadcast at JWT, Damien Whitney. Dan Day CEO & Founder says "Damien is a very well respected production leader who brings not just a wealth of industry knowledge but also many of the values that resonate well with IA. He is a safe pair of hands."
Damien's arrival will help deepen IA's broadcast and video content offering. With Sydney, London and now Singapore offices, IA's growing success proves the demand for high-end video content shows no end of slowing.
Damien Whitney says, "I have greatly appreciated my time as Head of Broadcast at JWT however when this opportunity with Invisible Artists came along, I had to say yes. The nature, style and design of content being produced by IA is brilliant. They are doing extremely well due to the creative quality and ease of production process they provide clients. Hence their recent openings in London and Singapore doing so well at such an early stage.
Previously I have worked closely with some of their key people and they are definitely amongst the most talented individuals I have met in my career, spanning from London (WCRS) to Sydney (DDB, BWM, JWT). So naturally, I am really keen to collaborate again with them. It feels like a great fit and I am intending to grow Invisible Artists by delivering excellent work at every opportunity."
Independently owned Invisible Artists founded by Dan Day has now grown to 24 staff worldwide and keeps a varied roster of agencies and clients including Sydney Opera House, MCN, The Monkeys, Nielsen, Kimberly-Clark & UK based Virgin Media, Lowe Open, Starcom MV and AMEX.
